Shield Crests: Show Off Your Style

PRO just got more visual. We've added 21 shield crest badges that PRO players can equip and display during matches. Your crest appears next to your name in the HUD, on the game-over screen, and in the leaderboard — it's your personal emblem on the pitch.

The crests are designed as shield badges with distinct visual identities: animals, geometric patterns, and classic football iconography. There's one default crest available to everyone for free, and the remaining 20 are exclusive to PRO subscribers. This is a whole-feature PRO gate — unlike themes and trails which can be unlocked through gameplay, crests are purely a PRO perk.

Why a different unlock model? Crests are identity items, not progression rewards. They don't change gameplay or give any advantage. They're about self-expression — picking the badge that represents you. Gating them behind PRO keeps them feeling premium and gives PRO supporters something distinct that free players don't have.

The crest picker lives in the cosmetics section of the user menu, alongside themes, trails, aim styles, and ball skins. Tap a crest to preview it, tap again to equip. The UI shows all 21 crests in a grid with locked indicators for non-PRO players — just enough of a tease to make the upgrade tempting.

The AI opponent has its own crest too — a robot-themed shield that appears in the HUD during AI matches. It's a small detail but it makes the AI feel like a real opponent with its own identity rather than just a faceless algorithm.
